Program

• 630am Energising Morning Yoga & Meditation
• 830am Wholesome vegetarian breakfast
• 10am Depart Lodge for nature immersion (including hiking, Mou Waho Island boat tour and Wanaka township exploration*)
• 1230pm Vegetarian lunch picnic style or buffet at Lodge
• 4pm Yin or Restorative Yoga

• 6pm Wholesome vegetarian dinner
•730pm Yoga Nidra & Journalling
• There is plenty of free time each day for reflection & relaxation.
• Option to indulge with an in-house massage (additional cost)
• Fruit, nuts, water, tea and coffee available all day

Accommodation & Rates

We stay in a a picturesque ski club style lodge 10 minutes outside Wanaka on New Zealand's stunning South Island. The lodge has expansive mountain views, lovely gardens and indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. Lodge facilities include a laundry and kitchen for guest use as well as free wireless internet connection. The spacious Single and Twin and Quad Share rooms share the 2 large communal bathrooms.
All linen and towels are provided.


Prepare for your retreat

Travel & Insurance

New Zealand has specific Visa and entry requirements along with COVID-19 requirements to enter the country, it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements.

You must have travel insurance to participate on our Retreat, we will ask for a copy of your insurance policy prior to confirming your place on Retreat.

You are responsible for booking your flights to Queenstown New Zealand. Please book your flights to Queenstown New Zealand in plenty of time to avoid being disappointed.

We provide pick-up from Queenstown Airport at 4pm Sunday 12th Nov and will leave the Retreat by 845am on Friday 17th Nov to return to Queenstown Airport. There are no additional pick-up/drop-off points.

Health & Fitness

This Retreat is designed for you to fully immerse yourself in daily yoga, meditation and nature-based activities including hiking uphill. Regular yoga experience and general fitness is required to get the most from this Retreat Experience.

The three meals each day are vegetarian, wholesome and prepared by a local chef with passion. We advise eating well the week prior to your arrival to ensure you arrive feeling healthy. Tea, coffee, water fruit and nuts are available all day at Lodge.

Evening Yoga Nidra and journalling.

3 day's stunning nature walks (a boat tour & discovery walk on majestic Mou Waho Island, Isthmus Track and Clutha River hike.)

1 day of deep immersion into Yoga and self-study at the Lodge.

A day trip to the vibrant township of Wanaka, including a tour of craft brewery Rhyme & Reason and free time for shopping and sight-seeing.

All delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners (except lunch on Day Trip to Wanaka)

Set times for silent mindfulness walking and relaxation. 

Genuine care and support from Retreat facilitators, Anna and Anne.

All day herbal teas, coffees, fruits and drinking water.
